No-nonsense pricing
We price services fairly and proportionately, based on the equivalent cost of delivering the capability in-house, including specialist staff time, tooling, and supporting infrastructure.
Our pricing is not linked to the commercial value or market advantage that clients may derive from the data produced, which can be significantly greater. Instead, we focus on providing a transparent and defensible alternative to building and operating the same capability internally.
To help budget for our data extract services, we have a setup fee, and then fees for optional ongoing services.
We do not tie client's into unwanted long term contracts, so if only one data extract is needed, it will be a simple, single payment upon acceptance of delivery.
We typically charge £2,000-£4,000 for setup depending on whether we have worked with the data you require already or not.
For example, if you are looking for an extract of data from the FCA Register, Companies House, etc, and we have already done similar work previously, then the setup fee is likely to be closer to £2,000.
For clients wishing to extract data from multiple APIs (which is usually the case), we charge £500 per additional API.
In all cases, a £1,000 deposit is required prior to formal engagement. This will not be required until our Data Processor Agreement and Statement of Work is signed. Up until that point, any example data extracts we share are Free of Charge.
We offer scheduled extracts on an Ad hoc, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annual or Annual basis. These rates vary by the size of the extract, but typically are: £375 for ad hoc, £250 for weekly, £600 for quarterly.
All final pricing is subject to an agreed Statement of Work plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
We do not tie clients into unwanted contracts, no data delivery means no charge.
