We receive your API credentials, review specifications against requirements and connect to the APIs. We build example extracts for review.
7th October 2025
We demonstrate access to the data, raise any initial observations, confirm requirements can be fully met, agree deviations, additions and confirm status.
8th October 2025
We automate the extraction for each API. We test run it against limited volumes and prepare the full workflow to deliver the agreed requirements on a subset of data
14th October 2025
We run the full extraction end-to-end and where applicable address data quality issues, data source linkage and resolve any technical issues.
15th October 2025
We then comprehensively test the resulting data to ensure it is as expected. Especially important when combining data from multiple sources.
16th October 2025
We then run an open and transparent walkthrough of your final data extract to ensure it is as expected. Any final instructions, adjustments can be made and raised.
17th October 2025
At this point, the data development is done and the client transfers the funds to API Seer. Upon receipt, we conclude the assignment with documentation, deliver and formal acceptance.
20th October 2025
We then conclude the work package as per the SoW to ensure that clear and concise documentation accompanies the data when it is supplied.

We upload the deliverables to a secure site and send the named individual/s notifications that the product is ready for secure download.
27th October 2025
Once the deliverables have been downloaded, we allow some time for review and reflection before seeking formal acceptance that supply meets the agreed requirements.

Post-acceptance 30 day warranty period begins. This insures the delivery so that clients do not need to be concerned about the rectification of any relevant issues following delivery.
